- Contribute to the WPSDC Foundation. (The Foundation provides members of WPSDC and others a means to support and further the ideals of the U.S. Military Academy. These means shall include support to recruiting high quality future cadets and to providing aid to activities that provide the Margin of Excellence for current cadets.)

1. Downloaded/printed out as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file. Once done, the form should be completed and sent to WPSDC, 4348 Autumn Olive Court, Amissville, VA 20106 along with your check for dues and/or contribution to the WPSDC Foundation.
2. Submitted electronically. Input information on the Membership Application which is found below.
