All graduates of the United States Military Academy, who live in Washington, D.C. or in the National Capital Region, are eligible to join the West Point Society of the District of Columbia.

To join we ask that you fill out the form, then print it out and mail it to the address shown.  In so doing, please note that non-active duty applicants are requested to provide information on their business, occupation, and positions.  The various codes are embedded in the form for ease of use.  Please complete the form as completely as possible using these codes.
